The following repeated health and safety nuisances need addressing, as they are a public health issue and continue to cause significant damage to my property and home: garbage not properly disposed, water leaks, green tarp that holds food scraps from weekly parties, drink cans/bottles left on fence line and empty containers and garbage thrown over to my property, overfilled garbage cans kept along fence line on non-garbage pickup days, junk accumulation, and weeds. The overfilled garbage cans are placed on my property (rear fence), which also leads to another path of ants entering my property, besides not following protocol and regulations of having cans placed in front of the property associated with the garbage service pick-up (218 7th Lane). I have repeatedly addressed the excess garbage, littering, junk etc.that not only are a public nuisance but the cause of ant and rodent infestation to the owner; however, she continues to ignore the gravity and public nuisances that are governed by the Municipal Code. We would appreciate assistance in addressing these matters for all involved in the above mentioned public safety and health violations (neighbors, tenants and general public). These are repeated offenses of the SSF Municipal Code and repeated property damages to my property. The excess garbage and liquids from the garbage have all caused the wood fence to rot. There is a continued disregard for public health and safety issues that require immediate attention please. Thank you.
