Our landlord does not have outside bins to be put at the curb. Instead he asks us to pile trash in bags in the laundry room so that he can take them out himself once every week or other week. He does not live here. He just left out of the country and said he will not be back to take them for 3 weeks. This time he left two trash bins behind inside the laundry room. He asks that we “recycle our own bottles”, because he is concerned about the level of trash. He is now calling me argumentative for explaining him him that this is illegal.
