Description
Can this signal be monitored. As the others have reported, it turns green for N. Canal when there are no vehicles on the street sensors/loops, causing a back up on Linden. It's especially bad starting around 7:30 am, because drivers on Linden are double parked waiting for Zarc Recycling to open. We are then forced to drive in the oncoming lane and are stopped waiting for the signal to turn green.
