I am writing to formally report an individual who is placing unauthorized poles on the public street to block off and reserve parking spaces for personal use. These parking spaces are located on public city property and should not be restricted for an individual’s exclusive use without proper authorization or approval from the city. I respectfully request that a representative from the City of South San Francisco or the South San Francisco Police Department (SSFPD) inspect the location, determine whether these poles are authorized, and take the appropriate action if they are in violation of city regulations.
