Description
I wanted to flag the left-turn signal for drivers coming off 101 North and turning onto Oyster Point Blvd. During the morning rush, it seems to turn green only about every five minutes, and it stays green for such a short time that very few cars get through. The line sometimes backs up through the entire exit and onto 101 North. Could you please take a look at the timing and give this turn more green time during the morning rush? The backup has become a real issue.
