Continual and Ongoing Problem of raw sewage smells emanating from manhole covers at the intersection of Hwy 29 and Pratt ave as well as the cover located on Pratt Ave and Park Street, Smell is more prevalent on hot days however it is continual. It can be smelled throughout the Crinella neighborhood Sewage smell started at the time the Alila hotel opened for business and has become worse.
