Brown dirty water after recent system flush in our area. Ran indoor and outdoor faucets 30+ mins after flushing day this week. Water still brown wasted in filling cleaned hot tub. Recent bill of $715 for 2 person household and all new low water fixtures and drip irrigation. Requesting remediation for costs.
