Yes it’s private HOA carport property driveway The truck blocks proper use of carport Leaks oil is a nuisance to carport access Truck does not belong to those carports and can park on the street like everyone else who doesn’t have a designated carport. extra vehicles are to be parked on Rodgers the street . We’d all like to park there too but we know we can’t !
