A camper is parked at the corner of Kirkland Avenue and Flagship Drive. Its location appears to obstruct the line of sight for drivers approaching and turning through the intersection. Vehicles are often required to make wider turns, and visibility of oncoming traffic and cross traffic may be restricted. I am concerned that this creates a traffic safety hazard and increases the risk of an accident. I respectfully request that the City evaluate whether the vehicle's location complies with applicable parking, intersection clearance, and visibility requirements.
