I am writing to you today, to report that a permanent, attached structural addition has been constructed at the rear of this property. The structure appears to have been built for use as an Attached Dwelling Unit (A.D.U.) and, or, Living Space of some sorts. This rear addition is structurally tied to the residence… and is plainly visible peering through the fence line from the back yard. Oh and please note, that the construction process on this addition was long, protracted, and left obviously unfinished / exposed to the elements… for an extended period of time. Their yard is also unkempt. There are serious safety concerns pertaining to the structural integrity, fortitude, and longevity of this project. I urge you to please cross-reference this parcel's Permit history, and conduct a thorough investigation for structural hazards into the matter. Sincerely, a concerned Citizen.
