There is an abandoned, inoperable vehicle in the alleyway behind 723 Louisiana Street. Additionally, the property at 723 Louisiana Street contains several makeshift, nonpermanent dwelling structures. I have observed drug use and other activity that raises serious concerns regarding public safety, sanitation, and neighborhood conditions. As of now there is heavy traffic, persistent illegal drug use, stolen abandon cars and illegal fires These ongoing issues have contributed to the deterioration of the surrounding area.
