Description
Traffic lights not working.Since the last tech worked on these lights, you have to wait for the entire cycle to run before you can proceed, even if no one else is at the intersection. Sensors don't sense vehicles coming to the light. Could you please find someone that knows how to properly set these. Drivers get angry and start honking at you if you wait too long for the light to change. This is a safety issue. If you can't set them, change them to flashing red.
