This needs to go to VPD. ***** White van plates are 97na999 This is what is going to make more good, tax paying people leave Vallejo and invite more people like this if you don’t do something about it. These people are outside my gym every single time I go. They are always just sitting in the car doing who knows what (well now we know with the photos, drugs obviously) and THROWING EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF TRASH THEY HAVE ON THE GROUND. WITH A TRASH CAN YARDS AWAY. I sat there for less than 10 min and saw the driver and passenger throw out more than 10 things just on the ground. No care. No regard for anything but themselves obviously. I understand being homeless. But do you have to do drugs so blatantly in public with no regard for anyone or anything else? Throwing bottles of urine, which is a biohazard, out on to the ground? Who do you think then has to deal with that? Couldn’t even get it to the trash can? The white van doesn’t even have back seats yet I have seen 2 and 3 people riding around in there on the ground. Of course plates not up to date. The trash filled Mazda belongs to someone in the group too. With a flat tire and expired plates. They move parking lot to parking lot. I see them when I get groceries, when I leave the gym, when I take my kids to get happy meals!!! If I am seeing them this much, there is no way the cops aren’t. Put an end to this. This is why Vallejo is disgusting and the good people (who are usually already working full time!!!!!) can’t keep up with cleaning up after these slobs! I’m sick of it. If you can’t participate in society, you shouldn’t be around us trashing and ruining our things. And yes you can still clean up after yourself even if you are on drugs!!!!
