Description
overnight several tents and an awning popped up on the west side of the railroad tracks, just north of Sereno and right before the Y (split in the railroad tracks). There has been quite an encampment along this stretch if tracks for awhile, with a growing garbage pile and a large pile of cut shrubbery concealing their encampment from Sereno.
