Description
Hazardous pothole in front of 651 Russell St. The damage is the result of an improper pavement restoration following a water shutoff to 654 Russell in May 2026. I previously reported a water leak at this exact location over the summer. A city truck came out to mark the pavement, but the underlying road damage was never repaired. The pavement has continually deteriorated since then and now poses an active safety hazard. Please inspect this failed repair and restore the road surface properly.
