Description
New scrap junk car lot set up next to Navigation Center. Big rigs and tow trucks block center median of Broadway St. Forklifts and cars on roadway, sidewalk blocking through traffic and restricting walking to and from shelter. Trafgic is too fast in this area. It's a safety hazard. Is this a fire hazard, so close to the shelter.
