Squatters and homeless have taken over an abandoned house and property. The hose is covered in plastic tyvex wrap...but is it fixed or covered to appear. Broke down, unregistered vehicles congest the driveway, others block and double park on the street. Loitering day and night, foot and vehicle traffic point to drug sales and use in and around the proerty, and suspected prostitution on site. They also live in there....it's a: Flop house. Trap house. Homeless encampment. Drug den. Brothel. Where are the work permits, who pays the property taxes and utility bills and who holds the property deed..
