For downed power lines, leaning or damaged poles, trees or vines touching lines, and other electrical equipment hazards anywhere in PG&E's Northern California service area.

We'll prepare your report and route you to PG&E. The official web form on pge.com is the easiest path (no app install). Auto-submit from our server needs a device relay (Android on cellular) or browser session cookies — PG&E blocks bare datacenter POSTs.

Emergency? A downed or sparking power line, gas smell, or fire is an emergency — call 911 and PG&E at 1-800-743-5000. Do not wait for this form.
