Four trees on Sheffield near the end where it turns to Sea View, have terrible infestation. It is bad every year. I understand Jesse said they'd look at it next year, but it is damaging our shrubs in the curb strip. Why wait? every year it takes a few months for the trees to be infected and nothing has ever been done to treat the problem.
