Description
The Launch Apartments is instituting a valet garbage program. Residents will have garbage cans in hallways in front of all 368 apartments from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM. This will block fire exits, hallway access and create a fire hazard in direct violation with Alameda laws. This is set to start 11/14/26. Fire prevention made residence remove shoes and doormats. Now the management is forcing residence into this valet pickup without addressing the blocked hallways and exits and the fire safety issue
