The same residents of 1348 Burbank who have been illegally charging their EV vehicle through a hole in the fence with an unpermitted charger and extension cord for the last 3 years are now building a fixed structure to charge their teslas. Many pedestrians and children use this street. Is there any one from this city that can make sure this is done the right way?
