A resident near Encinal High School, requests the City to look into the street parking situation in their neighborhood. Many of the households near the school include senior citizens, some with disabilities. When they leave home for appointments or errands, they often return to find no parking available in front of their homes. They frequently have to park a block away or farther and walk back, which is very difficult and at times painful for them. The affected streets include, Central, Taylor, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and Eagle Avenue. Residents are not sure how to solve the issue, but they would like to request assistance.
