A few residents near Encinal High School would like to request parking tick marks, or T-marks, on the odd-numbered side of Central Avenue, all of Taylor Avenue, and 3rd Street. Students often park poorly, taking up too much of the street or parking on residents' driveways. It would also help drivers park correctly. Also, the newly designed curbs should be painted. Senior citizens have a hard time seeing the small islands and curbs, especially at roundabouts.
