Description
I want to report that a section of the bay trail on Harbor Bay, near Avington road has collapsed into the water. I am not sure if this is the correct place to report this issue, but I am concerned for public safety as someone walking or biking at night could easily not see that the trail has collapsed into the water. The area is not well lit and the collapse is hard to see until you’re right at the location.
