Time: usually late evening past 10pm at night Issue: traffic light not changing, to let cars on Encinal Ave, cross Fernside Blvd or turn left onto Fernside Blvd. Coming from Encinal, waiting for the traffic light to turn green to either make a left turn onto Fernside Blvd or go straight. Waited a very very long time and the traffic light never changed. I ended up making a right turn and having to go around and find an alternative route. This happened to me 3 times in the past month. Can someone please look into these Maybe the motion sensors are not detecting a car presence on that side of Encinal to trigger the light to change. Thank you!
