There are 2 lights that remain dark in Hillcrest park. There have been many problems with the lights in the park over the last year and they have been fixed with the exception of those 2. Pole #20 is near the playground area and the second does not have a number marking. But it is located at the top of the walkway to the park from Bellwort Ct. It is one of the three poles that fell down and were replaced. This one never worked after it was replaced.
