Vehicle has been parked without moving for over two weeks in front of address 1979 Colosseum Way Antioch, CA 94531. There was someone working on the vehicle over a week ago, but it still remains parked in the same place. We believe the vehicle belongs to the people residing at 1983 Colosseum Way, Antioch, CA as the person who was working on the vehicle was entering an exiting that address while working on the vehicle across the street. The vehicle is not parked in front of their home. Neighbor has eight cars sometimes more parked all over street so this vehicle is taking up parking.
