Description
Trash Can has been purposely been left out for 25 days straight. Owner will purposely leave it out to block PUBLIC PARKING for anyone else. Owner will move it to park then put it back to block others from parking. The whole time their driveway is empty with plenty of room. Street parking is PUBLIC PARKING and not owned by anyone. Highly inconsiderate and disrespectful to the community.
