Description
These vehicles are parked in front of 424 O Street or the building next door which is the old Kelley’s Card Room. They have been moving from west 4th in front of the Park to in front of the church for months. They need to be cited and forced to leave the area as they leave waste everywhere and more cars arrive daily.
