It would appear the resident of Markley Creek Dr have come under harassment and trolling by the self appointed HOA dictator, Bob. § 9-5.3830 PARKING AND STORAGE OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON RESIDENTIAL PARCELS. Bob might be on the receiving end of a court order to cease and desist for harassment if the 3505 vehicle registration is or legally non-operational. One person’s obsession to establishing for his own satisfaction a “Truman Show” neighborhood is criminal; a nuisance far worse than code violators.
