Homeless have been sleeping back in the corner of the property, daily over doses, dumping garbage and using as a restroom. There is apartments facing this encampment with children exposed to this disgusting environment and fumes. Cannot walk on sidewalk due to trash and exposed drugs, homeless and needles. It is not safe for our community. It is not safe to walk by I was chased on the way to the corner store by a homeless, possibly on drugs. There has been multiple complaints to the business owner and we cannot get in contact with the landlord. The business owner doesn’t want anything to do with it and I feel like it is unsafe and very dangerous. The address this is at 1700 Alhambra Dr., Antioch, CA. Please help.
