A black male juvenile approached me at this park around 2 p.m. 11/07/26 and held out two cylinders/canisters, wanted to know my name and was rambling on about marajauna. He left after several times of me telling him to leave me alone and go away. I saw him walk up Lindley. I saw him walking back down Lindley and enter park around 3:30 and he approached me again. I was able to avoid him by walking through play area where other people were. He approached a teen girl minding some children. He left her and I saw him walk up the hill towards the ball field. Reported to non-emergency police.
