Description
The Atherton Garden Guild cares for the small rose garden next to Jennings Pavilion. Can we possibly get around 2" of mulch spread around the rose garden to help retain soil moisture and deter weeds? There should NOT be any mulch within 6" from the base of each rose bush. Thank you.
