Description
The traffic light from Montecito Dr going towards Cowell Rd does not turn green when you are in front of the light. I had to run a red light because 3 times it cycled without giving me a green light. It made green for left turn coming from Montecito Dr and/or Cowell Rd, but when it was supposed to turn green for me it stayed red and gave green light to Ygnacio Valley Rd. This has been an issue for a long time and was fixed but it's doing the same thing again and needs to be fixed. Thank you.
