Two cars double parking on the street around 3pm, where Wells middle school is about to get off school. I drove into that street by accident and had to 5 point turns in order to get out. They don't even feel the need to drive away/move their cars when they are fully congested the street. Seems like they are regulars and park how ever they like even it's illegal.
