Description
Left turn signal turning from westbound Central onto Arnold not working. Was on my bike waiting behind three cars through three light cycles for all other directions and left turn arrow never came on. Since I was on my bike, I finally decided to just go straight and make a two phase left turn. I am not sure if the light ever changed for the cars waiting. This was around 4:25pm on 11/4.
