Description
Time is 11:28 pm. Quiet hours. As per Dublin city quiet hours clause, causing noise during quiet hours is illegal. The upstairs neighbor Unit 5037 is causing loud noise. Heavy thuds heard from upstairs unit. Multiple times. Like some heavy equipment being thrown on the floor multiple times. Can someone please take action on this? The building authority is reported about it already and they dont do anything about it!
