Description
Leaf blower noise near title 9 offices between 7-10pm every night. I totally understand an office needing maintenance, but between the morning doyle park leaf blowing and mowing noise durinf the day, and now this new leaf blower noise between 7-10pm, its really starting to get aggravating. He was leaf blowing at 10pm The other night its super annoying and I wish he could do it during the daytime
