This spot floods/puddles with the smallest amount of rain. The dirt path is the only safe area away from speeding, unconscious bicyclists. To avoid the puddle, pedestrian is thrown out onto the bicycle freeway and in an especially congested area where the poles are. Can city maybe make this area on the greenway higher or something before the big rains? I travel on dirt path daily. Beautiful greenway is dangerous if not on dirt path.
