#23076237

This is my third request. Trees have completely engulfed two separate street lights on Welburn immediately south of Mantelli. On my second request (22835239) you responded that city crews had responded and repaired the streetlight- however the streetlight is functional, just useless as they are essentially inside the trees. No one responded or repaired anything. This steep, curved portion of Welburn is frequented by pedestrians and deer, and is pitch black at night- a disaster waiting to happen. PLEASE TRIM THE TREES. (it won't let me select Overgrown/Trimming needed)
