When traveling west on El Cerrito Way towards Wren Ave, our sight distance is being blocked by vehicles parked at the left corner. See photos for example. When we are traveling north on Wren Ave and making a right turn on El Cerrito Way the same vehicles parked (right at the corner) block our view of bikes and pedestrians crossing El Cerrito Way. At night the visability is worse since there is only one street light nearby and it shines over Wren Ave above where these vehicles block the sight distance. We are requesting that the city paint the curbs red to create more sight distance and "daylighting" for vehicles, pedestrians, and bikes. Is there anything the city can do to increase the lighting at this intersection too? We are aware of near misses and fatalities that have happened along this section of Wren Ave and want to help prevent these from occuring. Thank you from the El Cerrito Way neighboorhood.
