Hello Menlo Park Public Works, I am requesting that the curb near the fire hydrant in front of the fire hydrant in front of my property at 1105 Hollyburne Avenue, Menlo Park, CA 94025, be painted red. Vehicles park daily within 15 feet of the hydrant, despite California’s parking restrictions. This creates a safety hazard and could obstruct emergency access. Please arrange for an inspection and paint the appropriate section of curb red to clearly designate the no-parking zone. I would also appreciate consideration of a “No Parking – Fire Hydrant” sign to help prevent repeated violations. Please confirm receipt of this request and advise on the expected timeline. Thanks
