Driving along Willow Rd towards Middlefield…we often wait in a line of cars before the break in the solid white so we can slide over to turn lane to turn right on Middlefield. Cars constantly leave the lane way early (sometimes more than 300’feet) and drive in the bike lane. Meanwhile, many of us a patient and following the rules of the road. This is dangerous because the people flying by on the right are shielded from seeing pedestrians crossing at the traffic island. Also, when cars like me finally get to the break in the white line and want to slide right, there are often cars coming from the bike lane behind. Picture was taken as an example. While I sat there and took that photo, at least 5 cars zoomed past me in the bike lane.
