Hello, I'd like to report an exterior lighting issue at Creekside Apartments, 122 E Creek Dr, Menlo Park. A very bright pool-area light is directed almost horizontally across E Creek Dr, causing significant glare toward our house. It remains illuminated throughout the night, well after the pool closes. I contacted property management twice over the past several weeks, requesting that the fixture be redirected downward or shielded, but have received no response and the issue remains unresolved. Could Code Enforcement please inspect the fixture and determine whether it complies with the city's exterior lighting requirements? I've attached photos showing the glare from our property. Thank you.
