Description
“Magic Frosty” food truck plate# 4L95646 has been cruising for months now around Hillcrest park neighborhood on Wednesdays between 4:45pm – 5:45pm with stops at Skyline Dr & Westridge Dr and Blueridge Dr & Fieldcrest Dr. intersections which created the following concerns: 1) Noise pollution – the annoying tune the truck produces while driving around different neighborhoods starts from around 3pm so it creates noise pollution for hours. 2) Air pollution – the truck drives around for hours. 3) Not clear if the kind of business is allowed in the residential area.
