I am reporting recurring construction impacts from the South Milpitas Boulevard Bridge Project near 1841 Tarob Court. Throughout 2026, intermittent construction has caused early-morning noise and vibration, as well as dust affecting nearby homes and the pedestrian walkway. Soil, gravel, and construction debris are repeatedly moved and stockpiled directly in front of nearby homes. In my own home, I have noticed cracks in the walls beneath windows and difficulty opening some windows and doors. Given the large construction site, why are materials and debris being stored so close to residential properties instead of in a more suitable location farther away? Additionally, sand-like particles occasionally appear in my tap water filter. These ongoing issues have significantly disrupted our daily lives and made it difficult to enjoy a normal, comfortable living environment. I sincerely hope the City will review and address these concerns as soon as possible. Thank you.
