Description
The concrete sidewalk that loops the park grass has a failed expansion joint that's elevated a slab vertically at least an inch or so above the adjoining sidewalk slab. With so many people using the park to walk or run daily, this is an injury waiting to happen. It's located near the curve with the butterfly garden...just south of it where the tree line is next to the walk.
