This issue has already been reported to police dispatch on Oct 18, Oct 19, and Oct 21 (twice), as well as via the city website form on Oct 19. No warning tag or action has been taken in over two weeks. Requesting a Community Service Officer or Code Enforcement to ticket and abate.
