"I am reporting an urgent hazard regarding a city-owned street tree planted in the sidewalk basin directly in front of my pink wall. As shown in the attached photos, the main trunk has severe, advanced internal wood rot and an open structural split. The tree leans sharply, and a major branch is sagging heavily into the middle of the public sidewalk walkway, forcing pedestrians to dodge it. Because of the deep rot and a wire tied around the trunk, it is structurally unstable and at imminent risk of snapping."
