Description
There was some kind of chemical spill on this downhill section of Leimert. The material is very slippery and is not dissipating. A cyclist rode through this on Sunday 7/5, lost control, and crashed. This is a safety hazard that has already led to a personal injury, hopefully there is some way for this to be cleaned up. Thank you.
